We recognise and value the work of all our employees and the contribution they make. Your feedback is an important part of this recognition. GEM employee awards are for employees who provide exceptional services for you.
You can nominate an individual, team or service who have made a positive difference to you or your local area and have 'gone the extra mile' in doing so.
We'll personally thank everyone nominated and a panel of judges will choose the finalists.

It's easy all you have to do is tell us about the customer service you have received and why it is outstanding, using the below online nomination form on this page (if you wish you can use the free internet service at your local library, where our employees will be happy to help you).
