Important information on payment kiosks

Kiosks for making payments to the council will no longer be available.  Kiosks are proving to be unreliable, breaking down and disrupting service.

You can still make payments in person

Did you know there are multiple Post Office and PayPoint stores across Nottingham City to make a payment?  You will need a letter or bill with a payment barcode or rent card to make a payment at a Post Office or PayPoint store.
