The Council Tax and Benefits service hours of opening are 9am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9:30am to 5pm on Wednesday.
The service does have a 24-hour telephone self-service which can answer frequently asked questions. You can also use the self-service facility to make a payment through the automated payment line:
