It's not just you! We all know that parenting teenagers can be a challenge at times, so life at home may sometimes be a little difficult. It’s not that your teenager is always angry or grunts when they talk to you, but you just want them to be safe and to be the best that they can be.

In this fun and interactive five-part course you will be introduced to skills and ideas to help rebuild your confidence in being a parent or carer, and look at some of the common issues you may face.
