Variation on designated premises
Here you will find guidance notes and advice on the process of applying to vary the Designated Premises Supervisor including a list of licensing solicitors and specialists.
A variation of the licence is necessary when the current Designated Premises Supervisor leaves the premises. This application must be made by the premises licence holder. Signed consent will be required from the new Designated Premises Supervisor and must accompany the application.
A Designated Premises Supervisor (who is also a personal licence holder), is required in licensed premises in order to authorise the sale of alcohol.
