If you are planning to organise a public event, promotion or filming request on a Nottingham City Council-owned park or public space, please be aware of our current Covid-19 booking policy.

We are not accepting community or commercial event bookings for dates prior to 28 May 2021* to avoid unnecessary administration and re-scheduling.

*Dates are subject to any changes to published roadmap dates and HM Government legislation in place at the time and are therefore subject to change, often at short notice.

Please note we require a minimum of 6-weeks notice to process community and commercial event bookings to ensure compliance with our Premises Licence and other conditions.

For major event bookings, please contact us for advice. Major events require a minimum notice period of 12-weeks notice for the submission of event documentation and to ensure compliance with our Premises Licence and other conditions.

Dates for small scale commercial and charity promotions can now be reserved and will be permitted in city centre spaces following the re-opening of non-essential retail. This is subject to Covid-safe documentation being in place.

Professional filming requests (for TV and film shoots only) are permitted in line with current HM Government regulations and guidance. This is subject to Covid-safe documentation being in place.

The Venue Sales & Booking team is currently working on flexible furlough reduced hours, as such response times may be delayed.
