What is Pharmacy based sexual health services

If you provide pharmacy services in Nottingham and are capable of offering sexual health services under the Locally Commissioned Public Health Services (LCPHS), and you're interested in becoming an Accredited Provider, this page details the process for applying for a contract with Nottingham City Council.

Next Steps

During the assessment, providers may be contacted for further information or to clarify responses. Approved providers will be issued with a contract with Nottingham City Council, a copy of which is available to download and view as part of the application pack.
