We will only return to empty your bin if it was correctly presented for collection and our crews have failed to empty it. If you didn’t put your bin out in time you will need to wait for the next scheduled collection.

If your bin has had a hanger or sticker placed on it, please follow the instructions on the sticker and do not record your bin as being missed.

Missed bins must be reported by 5pm two days after the collection day.

Please note that we can only offer a limited service at this time. We will inform you if we have the capacity to collect your missed bin within 3-5 working days.

Are you in our food waste trial area?

If, for any reason, your bin is not emptied on your collection day, we ask you to empty it into your green domestic bin for that week and present it again for emptying next week.

We are sorry, but because this is a trial, we do not have the capacity to return for missed food waste bins.
