If your concerns are related to weight loss, binging, purging, or disordered eating please contact your GP to arrange a health check appointment as soon as possible.
We require this information as part of your referral into our service, and to ensure you will receive the most appropriate support.
Who is the Service available to?
The service is available to anyone in mental health crisis at anytime, anywhere across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and need immediate help. It’s open to people of all ages who need urgent mental health support.

For More Information
The helpline has been launched as part of the NHS Long Term Plan’s investment in Mental Health Services. It is the ‘first port of call’ for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis and removes the need for those people to seek help via hospital.
We want everyone to be able to access help when they need it!
