Different ways to pay your Council Tax
Pay Online
You will need to enter your Council Tax account number, address and card details.
Council Tax Instalments
The easiest way to pay your Council Tax is by Direct Debit. You can select one of five payment dates to suit you and elect to pay over 10 or 12 months in a year. You can also pay weekly or fortnightly. More information on how to set up a Direct Debit
If not paying by Direct Debit the default is pay over a maximum of 10 months in the tax year. However, you can choose to pay over a maximum of 12 months during the year to help spread the payments.
To do this, use the Contact Us form, select Payment, Bill and Other, then Request for Maximum Instalments

Pay through your bank
Council Tax can be paid via BACS or standing order to Nottingham City Council, Lloyds Bank, Sort Code 30-96-18, Bank account 01056113. Always quote your Council Tax account number when making payment.
Pay in person
