Upgrade to Parking Permits

Please be aware from Monday 1^st July 2024, the permits system has completed an upgrade. Your Email/Username will remain the same as it was previously. However, due to the upgrade you will need to reset your password by clicking “forgot your password” as demonstrated below.

Please note you will not be able access this system until your password has been changed.

Step 1) Do not use the Sign In option on the Nottingham City council web page 

Step 2) If you have signed up previously & already have an account please use the “Forgot your password?” URL shown below.

Step 3) Please enter your email your previously registered with as your username & enter your email below this too.

Step 4) You will get a new password emailed to your email above. Please Note: If you have not previously registered you will need to do so first.

Step 5) Please enter your email address and the new password sent to you via email and select Log in
