If there is an Emergency
The Council provide cover to deal with dangerous or emergencies that occur on the public highway, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Work includes: attending to damaged signs and barriers following road traffic accidents; attending to floods on the highway and providing road closure and diversion signage in the event of emergencies.
