The strategy is designed around four key strategic themes that will shape Nottingham’s future:

- An Activated, Healthy, and Sustainable City
- Creating Nature-Rich, Beautiful Spaces for People
Already making a significant impact, the strategy has been implemented in notable projects across the city, including the creation of the new Green Heart park.

Additionally, the highly anticipated paddling pool at Victoria Embankment is set to open in 2025, further reflecting the city’s commitment to enhancing greenspaces for the benefit of all residents.
