Biographical details

Salma was born and raised in Nottingham. Salma works at the QMC and volunteers regularly at a food bank. Salma intends to work hard to make sure Basford is a safer, cleaner, and a better place to live in. Salma was nominated for the Local Government Information Unit (LGIU) and CCLA Councillor Awards 2020 in recognition of her work in helping to suppress food poverty, winning the Covid-19 Hero category.
