Occupation: Head of Campaigns for Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS)
Previous occupation: Civil Servant for Government Office for East Midlands 2002 to 2011
"I was born in Bilborough in 1962 and educated at William Sharp (now Samworth Academy) and Bilborough College. I am married to Michelle with two sons, Liam and Callum.
I am a season ticket holder at Nottingham Forest and Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club. I enjoy live comedy and theatre.
I was a past president of the Nottingham Trade Union Council.
I am a supporter and donor for the following:
- Oxfam
- War on Want
- NSPCC
- Nottingham Refugee Forum"
Since 2013 Steve has done a vast amount of casework for local people. Steve helped form the Friends of Wollaton Park group, ensured the new playground and café were built on the Park and consistently worked with residents on parking and speeding issues.
