Nottingham City Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment Public Questionnaire

We want to hear how you access and use pharmacy (chemist) services in Nottingham City. This will help us develop services in the future. Your views will help inform a document called the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA). This will look at health needs in Nottingham City, the pharmacy (chemist) services that are available, and how these may look in the future.

Take the survey

The word ‘pharmacy’ is used in this questionnaire, but many people call them chemists. By pharmacy we mean the place you would use to get a prescription or buy medicines over the counter. You might also use a pharmacy to talk to a pharmacist for advice about an illness or medicines. We don’t mean the pharmacy at a hospital or the part of the pharmacy where you buy beauty or grooming products.

We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to answer some questions about your experiences and opinions. Your answers are confidential so please answer honestly. This will help us understand where pharmacies (chemists) are doing well and where things need to be better.

Tell us what you think by completing our survey

The questionnaire closes on 16 December 2024. We will use your feedback to help develop our draft of the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment. This will then be available for public consultation in 2025.

The following short video shows how you can translate the survey. Answers submitted in an alternative language to English will be translated our end using Google Translate.

We want our consultations to be as accessible as possible. If you require a paper copy of this survey, a survey in large text or braille, a sign language interpreter at one of our in-person engagement events, or anything else in order to participate in this consultation please let us know at engage@nottinghamcity.gov.uk
