About the Guildhall

The Guildhall site is a Grade II listed building - the former police and fire stations - situated next to Nottingham’s Cornerhouse complex, near Nottingham Trent University and Victoria Centre, and within a five-minute walk of Old Market Square.

The listed building has been earmarked for an upscale, four star hotel with restaurant, bars, function space and spa facilities. The Hotel will be sensitively renovated to draw on the features of the historic building, while talks are ongoing with developers about what will replace the previous police and fire stations.
