Professional Curiosity
Improving Agencies' Engagement with Service Users Framework
This framework sets out a multi-agency approach to supporting adults who experience difficulties engaging with services in Nottingham City. Nottingham City Domestic and Sexual Violence and Abuse Safeguarding Group developed this framework, which has been fully endorsed by the Nottingham City Safeguarding Adults Board.

Juno Women's Aid
Juno works with Women, Children and Teenagers who have been affected by Domestic Abuse. They provide essential needs-led and survivor focussed services across Nottingham City and South Nottingham. The leaflets below provide information about Juno's services and their Pet Project.
Equation – support for men & LGBTQ+ | behaviour change | education and training
Equation support men and LGBTQ+ survivors of all genders aged 16 years and over, living in Nottingham city and 18 years and over living in Nottinghamshire county. They work with all sexualities, and cultural backgrounds and support is provided by a dedicated team of qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs).
They also run programmes for people want help to stop using abusive behaviour, as well as educational programmes in schools for students and teachers, and training for professionals.

Confidential Helpline for men experiencing domestic violence from a partner or ex-partner (or from other family members) They help by:
- Giving you time to tell your story
- Offering emotional support
- Providing practical advice
- Signposting you to other services for specialist help
