Spring Meadow Day Centre

Nottingham City Council currently has eligibility criteria that identifies which citizens are eligible for the day care services. This ensures that those citizens who have high support needs have access to the services as a priority. Generally, assessments are made via social work teams and the adult contact centre, with a few citizens making their own referrals to our services.

Most of our activities at Spring Meadow Day Centre are site-based, offering a variety of sessions such as performing arts, gardening, and crafts.

In addition, we organise trips and activities within the community to further enrich our citizens' experiences.

Sessions include

• Art and Craft
• Grow and eat
• Gardening groups
• Community outings
• Performing arts
• Women’s and Men health and well-being sessions

Fees vary depending on the level of support required and will be determined following a taster session and assessment by our Assessment Team.

A financial assessment will also be completed by the Fairer Charging Team to determine the level of contribution required to attend the Centre.

Day Rates: -

• £58.81 Low rate
• £84.52 Medium rate
• £125.83 High rate
• £164.11 Complex rate.

Transport

Transport can be provided to and from the centre based on our eligibility criteria as well as regular bus routes to the City situated within walking distance of our building.
