Nottingham City Council’s Meals at Home service will be closing permanently on Friday, 30 January 2026.

This decision has been taken due to rising costs of food and staffing, alongside a declining customer base, which have made the service financially unsustainable.

The council will be contacting each individual customer and groups using the service, to offer information and support to move to an alternative provider or another suitable way of receiving meals, to ensure their needs continue to be met. Meal deliveries to existing customers will continue until a new provider is arranged between now and 31st January 2026.

The service is no longer be accepting any new referrals or customers. If you are an existing customer, please speak with a member of our team or contact us on the email and phone number shown if you have any questions or require assistance.
