Resident Dispensation Parking Permits

These permits are for official visitors, such as health and social workers, or contractors who need to visit or carry out work at properties in a Residential Parking Scheme area.

There is a £25.00 charge to change the registration on your permit. 

If your permit is lost or stolen, there is a £75.00 replacement fee.

How long it takes

Your permit will be delivered by post within 3–5 working days. During busy periods, this may take up to 14 days. Please ensure you have received your permit before parking.
