Students living in Nottingham may be eligible for a parking permit if they reside in specific zones.
- Each household can have up to 3 permits, which can be a mix of resident or visitor permits.
- Permits are valid for 1 academic year (1 August to 31 July).
- Permits do not cover caravans or trailers, which cannot be parked in residential bays.
- Applications must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the start date.

Drop-Off Student Visitor Parking Permit
This permit allows students or their visitors to park for moving in or out of a property. It costs £5.00 and is valid for 3 hours.
You can buy up to 4 permits per academic year, but not on consecutive days. The permit cannot be used to exceed the household limit of 3 permits.
The permit does not guarantee a parking space. The fee is non-refundable, and misuse may result in a Penalty Charge Notice.
