Have your say on proposed changes to Council Tax Support |

Nottingham City Council is consulting on future options for its Council Tax Support scheme which helps households on low incomes with their Council Tax bill.

Overview

The Travelling Entertainers Permit is a mandatory requirement for entertainers seeking to advertise within Nottingham City.

Please note that this permit exclusively covers advertising and temporary placement and does not grant permission for the entertainment event itself.

If entertainers intend to perform their event within Nottingham city, they must obtain separate permits and permissions.

Deemed Consent for Travelling Entertainment Permits

For lawful advertising within Nottingham city, entertainers can apply for a Deemed Consent form. This form is suitable for temporary placement and advertising purposes.

Temporary Event Notice (TEN)

Additionally, entertainers can explore the Temporary Event Notice (TEN) process provided by Nottingham City Council.

If the entertainers wish to perform their event within Nottingham city, they must obtain the necessary permits and permissions separately.

If the entertainers want a long-term licence for their event, they must fill out a different form.
