Nottingham Clean Champions
Join in litter picking and meeting volunteers across the city by signing up to our Clean Champions scheme. Any resident, business, education establishment or community group can apply for their free litter picking equipment! Nottingham Green Guardians
The Nottingham Green Guardians programme aims to provide a wide range of volunteer opportunities. Whatever your skills, experience and interests we hope that there is a green volunteer opportunity for everyone. We understand that your time is precious so we have a variety of opportunities ranging from one off events, flexible roles as well as regular volunteer sessions. Examples include:

Opportunities to help support the health and wellbeing of Nottingham’s Communities
We are looking to expand our network of Health and Wellbeing Community Champions. A Health and Wellbeing Community Champion is a locally trusted person who is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of people in Nottingham City. Helping others by sharing key health messages and signposting citizens to health services and much more! Library volunteers
Volunteering with Libraries is a fantastic way to be part of your local community, to make new friends & to learn new skills. School Appeals Panel Member
Do you have an interest in education and feel able to offer some time on an occasional basis? By becoming a School Appeals Panel Member you will be a member of a legally independent tribunal, composed of a mix of people with and without personal experience in the education system. Alongside other panel members you will be involved in deciding appeals regarding admission authorities' decisions to refuse admission requests and schools' decisions to exclude a pupil from their school.
Training will be provided and expenses are reimbursed.
