Notice of Substantial Road Works for Road Purposes

Notice is hereby given that Nottingham City Council intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes in Bulwell Area, Nottingham.

Subject to exemptions in the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and regulations under it, no Street Works may be executed within the prescribed restriction period.

The Streets in which these works will take place are:

• Spruce Gardens (USRN 29006532) (Whole length)
• Sprindle Gardens (USRN 29006527) (Whole length)
• Aspen Road (29006131) (Whole length)
• Plane Close (USRN 29006469) (Whole length)
• Hardwood Close (USRN 29006315) (Whole length)

Works will affect substantial areas of: Carriageway

Works are expected to commence on: 21st February 2024

Proposed completion date: 29th February 2024

Restriction period: 24 months (28th February 2026)
