Notice of Substantial Road Works for Road Purposes

Notice is hereby given that Nottingham City Council intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes in Squires Avenue, Bulwell Area, Nottingham.

Subject to exemptions in the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and regulations under it, no Street Works may be executed within the prescribed restriction period.

The Streets in which these works will take place are:

• Squires Avenue (USRN 29006534)
  • a) (Sandhurst Road to Park Entrance) and
  • b) (Hucknall Lane to Ravensworth Road)

Works will affect substantial areas of: Carriageway

Works are expected to commence on: 7^th April 2025

Proposed completion date: 18th April 2025

Restriction period: 24 months (18th April 2027)
