Notice of Substantial Road Works for Road Purposes

Notice is hereby given that Nottingham City Council intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes in St Anns, Nottingham.

Subject to exemptions in the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and regulations under it, no Street Works may be executed within the prescribed restriction period.

  (Whole length)

• Conway Close (USRN 29014592)
  (From St Anns Way for 50m)

• Brewsters Road (USRN 29014450)
  (From Gedney Ave to Ransom Rd)

Works will affect substantial areas of: Carriageway & footway

Works are expected to commence on: 24th February 2025

Proposed completion date: 28th February 2025

Restriction period:  24 months (28th February 2025 2027)
